Château Saint Florin
Discover the small village of Soussac, nestled in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, on the slopes of the Butte de Launay, the highest point in the Gironde.
This is where the history of the Jolivet vineyards has been written for several generations. Their passion for their craft leads them to craft fine wines, for which they are the sole creators, from ripening to bottling, including vinification. Today, Mr. and Mrs. Jolivet craft wines with their two daughters, Marie and Bénédicte, and together they create a white Bordeaux worthy of the Bordeaux terroir.

Bordeaux Blanc 2 girls !
The two daughters of Vignobles Jolivet have taken over the family vineyard and now bring a feminine and modern signature to their wines. Committed to HVE 3 and always attentive to the market, they offer products that are offbeat in their presentation while always keeping in mind the tastes of consumers with fresh and fruity wines. This is a story they wanted to showcase in this youthful, rock-n-roll pack.
The color is pale yellow with light green highlights. The nose is fresh, full of citrus and citron (lemon aromas),
from which we discover notes of grapefruit, bergamot, and floral scents such as white flowers. On the palate, it has a voluminous and frank attack that gives way to a beautiful balance between sugar and acidity. This wine is very indulgent before a fresh finish with a lovely mouth-watering tension and a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Carruades de Lafite
2021
Lafite-Rothschild is a lord of its gravelly lands. Bearer of a long winemaking tradition begun in 1620, it has established itself over the centuries as a true standard-bearer of the Pauillac appellation on the Left Bank of the Bordeaux region.
Indeed, from Cardinal Richelieu to the then President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, the world's great personalities have fallen under the spell of these great wines with their unique soul and unparalleled refinement.

A worthy second wine of the Lafite Rothschild Premier Cru, it is produced with the same care as the grand vin, but comes from younger vines.

Le Petit Mouton 2020
Mouton Rothschild

Le Petit Mouton is the second wine of
Château Mouton Rothschild.
The Vintage
A very mild winter and early spring favored early budburst. The passage of a snow front at the end of March did not impact the vineyards.

Historically early, the 2020 harvest resulted in the harvest of fully ripe and healthy grapes. Despite lower yields than in recent vintages, the quality is exceptional, with fresh, balanced, and dense wines revealing powerful tannins and beautiful finesse.
Blend
- Cabernet Sauvignon (72%)
- Merlot (24%)
- Cabernet Franc (4%)
Nose: Complex, the nose combines fragrances of morello cherry and peony with notes of nutmeg.
Palate: Beautifully full-bodied, the attack is delicious. As the tasting progresses, the palate seduces with its harmonious balance, precise and structured tannins, and intense aromas of ripe black fruits. The flavorful finish reveals subtle chocolate nuances with a rare persistence.

The Label
For the 2021 vintage, Château Mouton Rothschild entrusted its label to Chiharu Shiota, an internationally renowned Japanese artist. Inspired by her visit to the estate, she says she was deeply moved by the intimate relationship between man and nature expressed there. From this emotion, a unique work, Universe of Mouton, was born, in which a fragile human figure stands before a vibrant and generous natural environment.

The Vintage
The mild and humid winter conditions favored early and even bud break. The particularly dry month of April was punctuated by frost episodes that did not impact the vineyard thanks to its location near the Gironde estuary. Despite the cool weather and rainfall of May, which hampered growth, optimal flowering took place under mild temperatures. While strong mildew pressure, resulting from unstable storms, persisted until the end of veraison, the dry August climate purified the vineyard and ensured gradual ripening of the grapes. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the healthy and concentrated grapes revealed a freshness, balance, and structure that echoed the great vintages of the last century.
- Cabernet Sauvignon (89%)
- Merlot (10%)
- Cabernet Franc (1%)
Nose: The highly elegant nose blends fruity (blackberry, blackcurrant) and floral (iris) aromas with notes of spice and cedar.
Palate: A rich attack precedes a balanced and beautifully fresh palate. The palate combines aromas of bigarreau cherry with fine tannins, leading to a mineral, persistent, and fruity finish.
Price: €490 VAT included per bottle in a Pauillac AOC wooden case
*Possible by the bottle
The man, standing back and much smaller than his surroundings, seems to be holding a cloud, symbolizing the delicate balance between humanity and its ecosystem. Poetic and meaningful, this creation embodies both the exceptional nature of the 2021 vintage and Mouton Rothschild's ongoing commitment to uniting art and wine.
